VRIKSHASANA – THE TREE POSE

'Vrksa' means 'Tree' So Vrikshasana
means 'Tree Pose'. The body in
the final pose should look like a tree. A tree is a symbol of growth vitality and stength. In Yoga ,Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) comes
under the standing poses and balancing poses.
